Filter coffee is two parts: a thick decoction and frothy milk.
The decoction
Add three tablespoons of coffee to the upper chamber, press lightly with the plunger, pour in hot water just off the boil and close the lid. Wait fifteen minutes.
The milk
Bring whole milk to a boil. For one tumbler use about a quarter decoction to three quarters milk; adjust to taste.
The pour
Pour between the tumbler and dabara from a height to cool and froth it.
